How do subscriptions and billing work?
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Will I get a refund if I cancel?
No. Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel within the first month, you will not be charged again, and no refund is issued for that first month.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel?
After your first month, cancellation requires 30 days' notice. Your subscription, and your billing, continues through the end of that notice period.
What happens with an annual subscription?
Annual subscriptions follow the same 30-day notice requirement. Once notice is given, the remaining value of your subscription is prorated from the cancellation date.
Do individually purchased reports expire?
No. Reports purchased on a pay-per-report basis do not expire and do not auto-renew.
Will I still have access during my notice period?
Yes. Your subscription remains active and your access continues through the end of the 30-day notice period.
